Talking about celullite



Hi everyone! How are you? On this post I want to talk about celullite. A lot of women, and men too, are struggling with cellulite. So lets talk a little about what is it and how to fight it.
There is many things who causes the cellulite, the first one is the hereditary factor, thats means if in your family there is cellulite problems probably you will have problems too.
But also the hormones changes (more in women)  with the estrogens causes cellulite but also the lack of workout and the bad eating habits (saturated fats and sugar).

In the markets you can find tons of body creams, masages and estetics treatments but all of them are LIES.
The body creams are tomfooleries, a cream even if its expensive or not can not solve the problem. For sure you will have a more hydrated and smoothy skin but nothing else.
The masages will increase your blood fluid and this produce an inflamation of the skin so you will see an improvement during a short period of time. Thats why its not a solution.
As soon as the efect desapear your skin will look exactly the same as before the treatment.

The solution??? Clean eating habits and workout with lifting. A lot of women are scare about lifting weight because they imagine women with men bodies and bulking bodies but they are wrong. With the good workout you will increase your strenght and you will burn fat faster.
I recommend you HIIT workouts (High Intense Interval Training), they are workouts with intervals very intense and short rest periods. This workouts  will help you to create more muscles and to burn fat.
The cardio workouts doesn't tone the muscles. The only solution is muscle toning who helps you to decrease the speed of aging of the bone structure, we will get better  tendons and ligaments, we will increase the metabolism with building more muscle.

But the solution is not only working out is also and healthy diet rich in fiber and protein, a lot of water, try to not take alcohol and sugar and to not smoke.

The most important thing is DEDICATION but this advice is valid for all the goals you have in you life not only for the cellulite. SO LETS DO IT GUYS!!!
