30 days plank challenge

Hi everybody, how are you??? Now all the Christmas festivities are finish so we can start to workout again. For this month I have a perfect plank challenge. On it we will increase the duration of the plank everyday.

I hope you like it and I encourage you to do it...

Day 1: 20 secs               Day 7: 45 segs              Day 13: rest                   Day 19: rest
Day 2: 20 secs               Day 8: 45 segs              Day 14: 1:30 min          Day 20: 2:30 min
Day 3: 30 segs               Day 9: 1 min                Day 15: 1:50 min          Day 21: 2:30 min
Day 4: 30 segs               Day 10: 1 min              Day 16: 2 min               Day 22: 3 min
Day 5: 40 segs               Day 11: 1 min              Day 17: 2 min               Day 23: 3 min
Day 6: rest                     Day 12: 1:30                Day 18: 2:30 min          Day 24: 3:30 min

                        Day 25: 3:30 min
                        Day 26: rest
                        Day 27: 4 min
                        Day 28: 4 min
                        Day 29: 4:30 min
                        Day 30: as long as you can...
