What body type are you?

Before to start a weight loss program, get fit or just look good everyday is important to learn about your body type. There are 3 basic body type. Knowing your body type will help you to understand your body so you can work with it rather than against it.

The three body types are:

- Endomorphs or fat retainers
- Mesomorphs or athletics
- Ectomorphs or skinny

Many experts believe that many people are a combination of body types because most of us do not fit perfectly within these body types groups but have qualities of at least 2 body types.

Body type is a combination of your bone, structure, bone density and musculature.
You cannot change your body type in the sense that an endomorph will always have a greater tendency to put on weight compares to a mesomorphs or ectomorph. No amount of exercise will transformación a short-limbed woman into a long-limbed one. However, knowing how a person look before and after they transformed it can be very revealing.

Ectomorphs:

- Soft and round body
- Gain muscules and fat very easily
- Generally short
- "Stocky" build
- Round physique
- Finds it hard to lose fat
- Slow metabolism
- Muscles not so well defined.




Mesomorph:

- Athletics
- Generally hard body
- Well defined Muscles
- Rectangular shaped body
- Strong
- Gains muscles easily
- Gains fat more easily than ectomorphs


Ectomorph:

- Small "delicate" frame and bone structure
- Classic "hardgainer"
- Fat chest
- Small shoulders
- Thin
- Lean muscles mass
- Finds it hard to gain weight
- Fast metabolism



BUT I want tommention is that no matters what body type you have. Even the skinniest person can bulk up. Its hard but if you're willing to put in the hard work it can be done.
So push hard and fight for what you want. There is no limit...
