American oat pancakes, easy and quick





Hi everyone!!!

I want to share with you an healthy, quick and fitness recipe: american oat pancake. They are perfect for an energetic and full breakfast.

Ingredients: 

* 60 grs oat flour( or you can make it with the classic oatmeal and a mixer)
* 6 egg whites
* sweetener (as much as you want)

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients inside the blender and mix everything. Put soeo olive oil in an hot pan and pour some pancake mixture. Leave it few seconds on both side and... ready to eat!!!

You can put some light marmelade, low fat cream cheese or fresh fruit.
